Not a class, and there is nothing to learn. Not therapy, and nobody is there to fix anything.
You arrive a minute or two before. A sound marks the start. Five minutes together. A sound marks the end.

No account, nothing to sign up for, nothing to pay. Camera off is fine and nobody asks why. During the five minutes, eyes open or closed. Nobody is looking at anyone.
kalya collects nothing about you. What is said and seen in a Circle stays in the room and is never recorded.
Until kalya’s own room is ready, the Circles run on a third-party platform, which holds attendance for each session including whatever name you type. kalya takes no copy.
No. Five minutes of presence is not treatment and was never meant to be. If what you are carrying is heavier than that, it deserves someone trained to sit with it. Asking for that is not a failure.
Loneliness comes off in company. Sitting alone is good and it is a different practice.
Five minutes with people who are also there, in the same moment, is belonging. The others are there so that you are not doing it alone, and the five minutes themselves are for coming back to yourself.
